Family Speech and Language Programs

Welcome to Family Speech & Language Programs! We specialize in small-group enrichment classes for babies, toddlers and caregivers to promote language, speech and literacy development. All classes are developed and led by a Florida licensed, ASHA certified speech-language pathologist.

Toddler & Me Classes

Our classes offer a language-rich environment where your little ones can enjoy interactive stories, music, hands-on activities and creative play! Each class also includes information about communication development for caregivers, and grown-ups will have the opportunity to learn new strategies to promote their little one’s language, speech, literacy and social skills development at home.

Lauren Heckerson, MA CCC-SLP

Lauren is the owner of Family Speech & Language Programs LLC. She is a speech-language pathologist and mom of two. Her professional experience includes working with children from toddlerhood to middle school in private practice and public schools. Lauren is the recipient of two consecutive Awards for Continuing Education (ACE) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
